Job summary

Ethicahealth seeks a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant for Eatonton Health & Rehab in Eatonton, GA. The role supports the Rehabilitation Services team under supervision, delivering patient-centered treatments and maintaining compliant documentation.

You will collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist and other team members, participate in ongoing education, and contribute to a high standard of care within a mission-driven, community-focused facility.

Qualifications

• Hold an Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Possess a current, unencumbered Georgia PTA license.
• Prefer two years of experience in a skilled nursing facility rehab environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervising Physical Therapist and Rehab Director.
• Provide treatments meeting patient needs per Rehab Services guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation compliant with regulations.
• Support cross-disciplinary teamwork and continuous quality improvement.
