Qualifications

• Prior experience in healthcare or as a PT Aide is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Support clinic culture with patient-centered service and a friendly demeanor.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Maintain patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office tasks when downtime occurs: phone calls, document scanning, scheduling, payments.
• Aid therapists during sessions by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
• Keep therapy areas and equipment clean and organized; daily cleaning and restocking.
