Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointment times.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and patient onboarding; verify benefits and collect forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
