Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old to be eligible.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly by phone and in person during check‑in and appointments.
• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with scheduling.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete medical forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support home exercise programs.
