Responsibilities

• Assist clinicians with scheduling and patient intake processes.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms.
• Support physical therapists by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
