Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Work Experience: Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to document all projects clearly and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management are required.
• Commitment to patient satisfaction and teamwork.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments and assist therapists.
• Motivate and assist patients with exercises and functional activities.
• Provide routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, e-stim).
• Clean work area and equipment after treatments.
• Restock supplies and maintain restrooms and common areas.
• Assist with phones, scheduling, and paperwork.
• Help track clinic supplies and inventory as needed.
