Professional Physical Therapy is seeking a friendly, reliable Physical Therapy Aide to support our clinical team at our Andover clinic. This part-time role offers hands-on experience assisting patients and clinicians, helping keep treatment areas prepared, and contributing to a welcoming patient experience.

Ideal candidates are high school graduates with strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced team setting. HIPAA/OSHA familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Physical stamina to remain active throughout the day, including lifting and assisting patients as needed.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and OSHA guidelines is a plus.

Responsabilités

• As a Physical Therapy Aide, you’ll play a key role in keeping our clinic running smoothly while supporting both patients and clinicians.
• Preparing treatment areas and ensuring equipment is clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Assisting patients with setup and positioning during therapy sessions.
• Monitoring equipment and making adjustments as directed by clinical staff.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment.
• Preparing hot and cold therapy modalities.
• Supporting general clinic operations, including laundry and light cleaning tasks.
