Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate
• Work Experience: Rehabilitation Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred
• Knowledge and Technical Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills written and verbal
• Attention to detail and time management are required
• Patient satisfaction: Providing care/service that exceeds expectations

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists with devices and routine treatments
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients during exercises under staff direction
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities like Ultrasound or electrical stimulation
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment
• Assists in answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing paperwork and charts
