Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to assist clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, prepare them for treatments, and help with non-clinical tasks and clerical duties in a clinic setting.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, attention to detail, and a compassionate attitude toward patients. The role requires teamwork and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy clinic.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Work Experience: Prior Clinical Aide or rehab tech experience preferred.
• Knowledge and Technical Skills: Strong communication, documentation, attention to detail, time management, and teamwork.
• Language: English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for therapy and assists with treatment setup.
• Supports therapists during treatments and monitors patient progress.
• Cleans and maintains treatment areas and supplies.
• Answers phones, schedules appointments, and handles paperwork.
• Tracks inventory and coordinates with the patient experience coordinator.
