Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered outpatient rehabilitation in a collaborative team environment. Qualifications

• Must have a degree in an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state licensure to practice in good standing.
• Experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced PTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, team-based environment.
• Care for patients with a schedule designed to prioritize quality over volume, including two evenings per week until 7 PM, with last patient at 6 PM.
• Provide thorough evaluations and follow-up visits with attention to patient-centered care and documentation.
