Job summary

South Mountain Rehab Center in Boonsboro, Maryland is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist for a part-time role. You will design high-level therapy programs to help guests regain strength, mobility, and independence in a warm, homelike setting.

The position requires a Master’s in Physical Therapy, a valid state license, and at least 1 year of experience. Competitive hourly pay ($42-$50) and a $3,500 sign-on bonus are offered, along with a supportive team and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Valid State License to practice.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized therapy programs to help guests achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify treatment needs.
• Develop and maintain therapy plans, including discharge planning for ongoing care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment.
