Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist for Sunrise of Lowermakefield, our Senior Living facility in Morrisville, PA. You will work with a supportive interdisciplinary team to improve mobility, quality of life, and overall wellness for residents.

The role offers flexible scheduling (Part-time, PRN) and competitive pay. You will assess patients, design and implement treatment plans, and educate residents and families to support recovery and home programs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility, strength and flexibility.
• Treatment and Education: Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy and educate patients/families on exercises and home routines.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and plans.
• Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers in multidisciplinary team meetings.
