Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy is required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida required.
• BLS through American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Administer manual therapies and document progress in patient records.
• Discharge patients when goals are reached and arrange follow-up care.
• Review referrals and ensure appropriate treatment plans.
