Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy is required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Florida is required.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan rehabilitative programs to improve mobility and reduce pain and deformity.
• Discharge patients when goals are met and arrange follow-up care or referrals.
• Plan individualized therapy programs and record progress in charts.
