Qualifications

• Virginia Physical Therapy License is required or candidate actively pursuing licensure.

• Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates residents and develops treatment plans.
• Obtains approval for services from the referring physician.
• Performs treatments per plan and participates in discharge planning.
• Records evaluation, treatment, and charges; supervises PTAs and aides.
• Screen residents for potential benefit from PT intervention.
