Job summary

The Springs of Chenal in Little Rock, AR is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, promoting recovery and rehabilitation.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document progress, and contribute to a supportive, fast-paced environment. New graduates are welcome and an Arkansas license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Arkansas Physical Therapist license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide physical therapy interventions including exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques.
• Educate patients and families on proper exercise techniques and body mechanics.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and progress notes.
