Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Valid Physical Therapy license to practice in-state.
- CPR certification required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients and provide direct patient care.
- Document in EMR (PCC) and contribute to care planning.
