Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed in the state of California.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours of physician referral.

• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in direct patient care.
• Record evaluations, daily and weekly progress notes, and recertification documentation.
