Job summary

Qualifications

• Active NJ PT license is required.
• Minimum 1+ year of home-based or clinical experience with adults 21+.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working independently in community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services to adults 21+ with developmental disabilities in homes, group homes, and residential settings across New Jersey; evaluate function and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to support client needs.
