Job summary

Oxford Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking part-time Physical Therapists to provide in-home and group home services to adults with developmental disabilities across New Jersey's Division of Developmental Disabilities.

Flexible schedule, up to 24 hours per week, with long-term caseloads and stable clients. You will evaluate communication and language function, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active NJ PT license.
• 1+ year of home-based or clinical experience with adults 21+.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently in community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services to adults (21+) with developmental disabilities in homes, group homes, and residential settings across New Jersey.
• Evaluate communication and language function, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Maintain long-term, stable caseloads and build relationships with clients and families.
