Oxford Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking part-time Physical Therapists to provide in-home and group home services to adults with developmental disabilities across New Jersey.

Build a stable, long-term caseload with consistent scheduling and meaningful, ongoing client relationships. You’ll evaluate communication abilities, design individualized plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team in homes, group homes, and residential settings.

Qualifications

• Active NJ PT license.
• 1+ year of home-based or clinical experience with adults 21+.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working independently in community settings.
• Paid sick leave.
• 401(k) participation (eligibility-based)

Responsabilités

• Provide Physical Therapy services to adults (21+) with developmental disabilities in homes, group homes, and residential settings across New Jersey.
• Evaluate communication and language function, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
