Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services in Phoenix, Arizona. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants and aides to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, maintaining progress documentation, and ensuring compliance with state Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs independently and remain active throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
