Job summary
The Recruiting Hive is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services in Phoenix, AZ. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants to ensure optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities include clinical care, documentation, leadership, and compliance with state laws, OSHA, and Medicare regulations. The ideal candidate has a CAPTE-accredited PT program degree, state licensure, CPR certification, and strong communication and time-management
Qualifications
- Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
- Current state licensure and CPR certification.
- Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and remain active during shift.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
- Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
- Compliance: Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
