Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation, in partnership with Eagleville Hospital, is hiring a part-time Physical Therapist to work in-facility and contribute to a comprehensive rehab program. You will assess patients, develop tailored recovery plans, and deliver high-quality PT care while collaborating with the rehab team.

The role requires a valid PT license, a Master’s in Physical Therapy (or equivalent), and relevant clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a facility setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver PT care, educate patients and caregivers, collaborate with rehab team.
