Total Care Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist for a part-time role in Broadview Heights, OH. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized care plans, and implement treatments to improve mobility and independence.

You'll supervise PTAs, document in EMR, and educate residents and staff. This therapist-owned company values clinical excellence, mentorship, and growth within a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current CPR/BLS Certification is required.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments, including therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, transfer training, and functional mobility interventions.
• Reassess patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) in accordance with state regulations.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Educate residents, caregivers, and facility staff on treatment plans, home exercise programs, fall prevention, and safe mobility techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Maintain a productive clinical caseload while delivering exceptional therapy services.
