Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and flexibility.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatments to improve function and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, progress, and treatment plans in medical records in compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with other health care providers and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
