Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation in Warwick, RI is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for Med/Surg, part-time, nonexempt. The role supports 8- to 10-hour shifts, with every other weekend and one holiday commitment annually, delivering patient-centered care and progressive rehabilitation.

You will evaluate conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, document care in accordance with regulatory standards, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to restore mobility and function.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state where services are rendered.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
