Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through progressive rehabilitation to restore mobility and function.
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
