ProMedica’s Bay Park Hospital in Ohio is seeking a Physical Therapist to plan and provide patient rehabilitation services. The role requires developing and implementing a comprehensive plan of care, while coordinating with the patient and family to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
