ProMedica's Total Rehab Holland location is seeking a Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients in an outpatient setting. The role is part-time (30 hours per week) with day shifts and a focus on collaborative care within the Total Rehab Outpatient team.

You will develop and implement the physical therapy plan of care, educate patients, mentor PTAs, students and volunteers, and advocate for effective rehabilitation.

Competenze

• Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• PT License in State of practice.
• CPR.

Mansioni

• The Physical Therapist plans and provides treatment to meet a patient’s rehabilitation goals.
• You will develop and implement the physical therapy plan and establish a plan of care for patients.
• You will advocate, communicate, and educate patients of all ages while showing competence, awareness, and sensitivity of their physical, emotional and sociopsychological needs.
• This role provides a leadership opportunity as you will mentor PTAs, students, and volunteers.
