Job summary

Brookestone of David City seeks a compassionate Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. You will evaluate resident needs, develop therapy plans, and deliver services to improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence while collaborating with nursing staff, physicians, and other therapists.

Qualifications

• Current Nebraska Physical Therapist license required.
• Strong commitment to delivering person-centered care.

• Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate resident needs and develop individualized therapy treatment plans.
• Deliver physical therapy services that promote strength, mobility, balance, and independence.
• Work closely with nursing staff, physicians, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises, safety practices, and mobility techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support positive clinical outcomes.
