Functional Pathways partners with Kendal at Lexington in Lexington, VA to recruit a Part-time Physical Therapist.

If you are passionate about rehabilitation, you will screen, evaluate, and revise plans of care under physician supervision, with a flexible 2–3 weekday schedule and a $3,500 sign-on bonus for direct applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national boards.
• Active state licensure required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures and clinical programs.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.

Responsibilities

• The Physical Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
