Brookestone Home Health & Hospice – Kearney, a member of the Vetter Senior Living family, is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team and provide in-home care.

We offer part-time and PRN opportunities with coverage in Dawson, Gosper, Furnas, and Phelps Counties. Licensure and strong clinical skills are required, along with a patient-centered approach and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist licensure (PT) is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.

Brookestone Home Health & Hospice -- Kearney, a proud member of the Vetter Senior Living family, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing team. We provide personalized home health and hospice services designed to help patients improve mobility, regain function, and maintain independence in the comfort of their own homes.

As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through one-on-one patient care. Working closely with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary care team, you'll develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote safety, independence, and quality of life.

• Dawson County


• Gosper County


• Furnas County


• Phelps County

Qualified candidates will possess:

• Current Physical Therapist licensure
