Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Medical Lab Technology or Certified Phlebotomist with 2 years of experience.
• Certified Medical Assistant with 2 years of relevant experience also considered.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Instructs in Phlebotomy lab environments with hands-on training.
• Assist lead instructor and occasionally lead hands-on skill labs with demonstrations.
• Provide student feedback and assess learning outcomes using course syllabus methods.
• Motivate students to participate actively in the educational process.
• Note: adjunct instructor positions are temporary and per academic term.
