Job summary

Trilab Health in Springfield, IL is seeking a flexible phlebotomist to join our team on a part-time, non-exempt basis. You will perform blood draws and related lab procedures in a clinical setting, ensuring patient comfort and specimen integrity.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, phlebotomy certification or program completion, and at least one year of phlebotomy experience. A valid driver’s license and ability to work independently are required.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy program completion or certification preferred.
• At least 1 year phlebotomy experience in a clinical setting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and related laboratory procedures professionally.

• Educate patients on collection process, specimen handling and storage.
• Label and prepare specimens for transport ensuring integrity.
