Job summary

Labcorp in Yulee, FL is hiring a Phlebotomist to join our team for a 25-hour weekly schedule (Mon-Fri 7:00am-12:00pm) with rotating Saturdays. You will perform blood collections, collect specimens, enter data, and ensure accurate billing while delivering excellent patient service.

The role requires high school diploma or GED and phlebotomy certification or equivalent training, with 1+ year experience preferred. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3+ months experience as a phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
