Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Part-Time Phlebotomist II for Woodbridge, VA, Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The role offers a pay range of $23.20–$24.90 per hour and potential annual bonuses.

Responsibilities include specimen collection, data entry, and processing while adhering to quality and safety standards. Qualifications include three years of phlebotomy experience, strong computer/data entry skills, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible availability based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client contact; confirm and enter data accurately.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Obtain identification and enter billing information; collect payments when required.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, prepare for transport.
• Perform non-patient facing duties: inventory, stock, sanitizing, filing, phones, email.
• Read and comply with departmental policies and procedures.
• Assist with statistics and data submission as required.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs in a timely manner (maintenance, temperature logs).
• Complete online and in-person training courses timely.
