The successful candidate will draw specimens, enter data, and support testing services in a team environment. Requirements include three years of phlebotomy experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Typing and data-entry skills required.
• Flexible with weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Verify test orders using lab systems and client contact.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments per policy.
• Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, transport).
• Handle non-patient duties (inventory, sanitation, filing, phones, email).
• Follow departmental policies and maintain logs and statistics.
• Complete trainings online and in person timely.
