Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Belton, MO is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener/Phlebotomy support. You will interact with donors, perform screening and phlebotomy to support center operations, and report to the Plasma Center Manager.

The role requires a high school diploma and the ability to stand for shifts, with evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of the schedule. Paid, interactive training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years minimum experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors and focus on donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes per procedures.
• Support donors across a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
