Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited. in partnership with BioLife seeks a Part-time Phlebotomist to support plasma center operations. You will greet donors, perform venipuncture, monitor donors, and ensure accurate data entry in the DIS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to stand/walk for the shift and work evenings/weekends.
• Must follow bloodborne pathogens safety practices and glove wear.
• 1+ year in customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and handle materials safely.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors entering and exiting the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and programming plasmapheresis machines.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on machines.
• Record donor measurements and input data into DIS.
