Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Part Time Phlebotomist in Burien, WA to perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages. You will enter patient information, collect payments, and prepare specimens for testing while delivering excellent patient service.

Minimum qualifications include a valid WA phlebotomy license; 1+ year phlebotomy experience is preferred. Flexible schedule and travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State phlebotomy license is required.
• 1+ year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• 6+ months of current Labcorp phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Collect specimens for tests and screenings as required.
• Enter patient information accurately in the system.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen logs; ensure data integrity.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients.
