Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist in Bellevue, WA. You will perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups, collect specimens for drug screens and paternity tests, and maintain accurate patient data.

You will handle data entry, assist with billing, prepare specimens for testing, and travel to additional sites as needed while delivering excellent patient service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• WA State phlebotomy license required or license application in progress.
• Phlebotomy experience: 3+ months preferred; Labcorp experience: 6+ months preferred.
• Ability to travel to additional sites, flexibility to work overtime, strong customer service

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed
