• Master’s degree in Philosophy or related field with 18 graduate credit hours in Philosophy.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with students, colleagues, and staff.
• Willingness to teach traditional and nontraditional students from varied backgrounds.
• Ability to adapt instructional methods to meet diverse learning needs.
• Plan and organize instruction to maximize student learning and align to outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and submit final grade rosters on time.
• Strong writing and verbal communication; inspire adult learners.
