Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team. You will help ensure accurate prescription fulfillment, provide caring service, and uphold SOPs to deliver a safe patient experience.

You will complete required training, comply with state boards, and assist with immunizations and testing where permitted, contributing to a welcoming, compliant store environment.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and licensure.
• If state board has no age minimum, candidate must be at least 16.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or active enrollment in program.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy for patient safety.
• Deliver friendly customer service and work effectively with the pharmacy team.
• Support inventory tasks such as receiving deliveries and cycle counts.
• Be flexible with scheduling and travel to stores across the market as needed.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local laws and CVS policies to protect patient privacy.
• Assist with immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by law.
