Job summary
CVS Health in Kingston, NY is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team and ensure safe, accurate prescription handling. You will assist with production, pickup, drive-thru and drop-off workflows, delivering empathetic patient service and maintaining compliance with SOPs and privacy standards.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma and pharmacy technician certification, with state licensure/certification varying by location.
Qualifications
- Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and licensure/certification.
- If the state board does not specify a minimum age, must be at least 16.
- State licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
Responsibilities
- Support the pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
- Assist with workflow at production, pickup, drive-thru and drop-off.
- Provide empathetic service and care to patients and customers.
- Complete basic inventory tasks and assist with stock management.
- Travel to stores in the market as needed to support business needs.
- Adhere to SOPs and protect patient privacy and safety.
- Assist with immunizations and vaccination services where allowed.
