Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our store team in a part-time capacity. You will assist pharmacists, help patients, and ensure prescriptions are processed accurately and safely, while upholding CVS policies.

You’ll work on-site in our New York stores, follow SOPs, and support immunization and other patient services as trained. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with state licensure and certification where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board rules for pharmacy practice, including licensure/certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or active enrollment in high school.
• State licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to handle patient interactions with empathy and care.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Contribute to positive patient experiences with empathy.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Be mobile and perform lifting as needed.
