Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and patients with empathy and care, supporting a positive experience.
• Follow pharmacy SOPs and workflow to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist pharmacists in managing inventory and routine pharmacy operations.
• Demonstrate strong communication with colleagues and patients across shifts.
• Participate in immunization support and additional clinic services where allowed.
• Maintain accuracy in labeling, dosage calculations, and patient records.
