Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in a retail setting. You will assist pharmacists, ensure accurate prescription fulfillment, and provide caring customer service.

The role requires compliance with state boards, a high school diploma or equivalent, and relevant licensure or certification where applicable. Anticipated weekly hours are 29, with a pay range of $16.50 to $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements.
• Minimum age 16 if state board has no requirement.
• High school diploma or equivalent (or actively enrolled).
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support patient health.
• Deliver empathetic customer service at pick-up, drive-thru, and phone interactions.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and restock as directed by leadership.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and collaborative pharmacy team.
• Be flexible for scheduling and market-wide store coverage.
• Understand and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and CVS policies.
• Assist with immunizations and other patient health services where allowed by law.
