Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and caring service. You will assist in daily operations, follow SOPs, and help provide immunizations and other services as allowed by law.

This role requires compliance with state boards, appropriate licensure, and the ability to travel across the market to cover shifts when needed. Weekend availability is often required.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice.
• If state board does not address minimum age, must be at least 16 years of age.
• If state board does not address minimum education, must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and positive patient experiences.
• Contribute to a high-performing team and remain flexible for scheduling and business needs.
• Travel to stores in the market to support shifts as needed.
