Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering accurate prescription fulfillment and caring customer service in-store. You will follow SOPs, assist with inventory, and help patients at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone.

Immunization support may be required where permitted by law. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 20 lbs, and compliance with state board licensing and training.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements governing pharmacy practice.
• Minimum age of 16 if state rules permit.
• State licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pick-up, drive-thru and calls.
• Complete basic inventory tasks and assist with returns and stock.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care services where allowable by law.
• Travel to stores within the market to cover shifts as needed.
• Follow all SOPs and maintain patient privacy and security.
